The device uses 4 types of deterrent FACTORS:

1. Bright strobe lights with operation in a certain algorithm.
2. High-power ultrasound.
3. Low frequency sound waves.

The device employs two deterrent zones:

How does it works?

The principle of operation is based on the animals' intolerance to low frequency sound, ultrasonic and light emission generated by the device. Sound and ultrasonic waves affect the nervous system of animals, causing physical discomfort in them and forcing to leave the protected area. An additional deterrent effect is utilized via super-bright flashes of light according to a specially developed algorithm. The hybrid deterrence system (sound, ultrasound and light emission) can significantly increase the effectiveness of protection due to the synergetic effect. The high intensity of ultrasound and the optical mode allow the device to work effectively in places where it is difficult to use conventional ultrasonic devices against rodents, since the room is filled with objects that make it difficult for ultrasound to spread.

Strobe lights

Intense strobe light flashes create discomfort for animals and birds because their eyes are highly light-sensitive. Protective reactions are activated in their body — the production of stress hormones increases, coordination is disrupted and panic behavior occurs.

Ultrasound waves also stimulate neurons in certain areas of the brain, such as the hypothalamus, which can lead to decreased physical activity and expressed emotional reactions, including short-term stupor or panic.

Thus, powerful ultrasound acts on animals as a strong stressor and neutralizing irritant, causing them painful discomfort and motivation to leave the affected area, which makes it an effective deterrent.
